Welcome to Bigmop Marketplace, an online marketplace designed to connect customers with independent vendors and businesses across Cameroon.

2. About Bigmop Marketplace
Bigmop Marketplace provides an online platform where vendors can list and sell products and customers can discover and purchase products.
Bigmop Marketplace may facilitate communication, ordering, payment, and other marketplace services. However, individual vendors are responsible for the products they list and the accuracy of their product information.
3. Customer Accounts

Bigmop Marketplace does not guarantee that every vendor-provided product description is completely accurate, current, or error-free.
6. Prices and Payments

Prices, promotions, shipping charges, and availability may change without prior notice.
Customers must complete payment using the payment methods made available during checkout.
Never share your Mobile Money PIN, OTP, password, or other security credentials with anyone claiming to represent Bigmop Marketplace.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery arrangements may vary depending on the vendor, product, destination, and delivery method.
Vendors are responsible for preparing orders for shipment and providing accurate delivery information.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and reachable contact information.

Returns and refunds are subject to the applicable vendor’s return policy and Bigmop Marketplace’s applicable marketplace rules.

9. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using Bigmop Marketplace agree to:

- Follow applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect customer rights.
- Honor applicable return and refund obligations.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable requirements relating to the products and services they offer.
10. Prohibited Products and Activities
Users and vendors may not use Bigmop Marketplace for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
